RateMark.io provides automated trademark fee estimates and route comparisons (direct national filings vs. the WIPO Madrid System) for preliminary budgeting purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, tax or professional advice, a trademark search opinion, or a binding quote.

2. No Attorney-Client Relationship

RateMark is not a law firm and does not employ attorneys. Using this website, submitting a quote inquiry, or contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship or any duty of representation.

3. Your Responsibility to Verify Fees

Official statutory fees, class classifications and procedural requirements are set solely by the relevant government IP offices (including USPTO, EUIPO, UKIPO, IP India, CNIPA and WIPO) and change over time. You are responsible for verifying all figures directly with the relevant registry, or with qualified legal counsel, before filing or committing budget.

4. Estimates & Currency Conversion

Attorney and agent fee ranges are generalized market indications, not offers. Non-native currency figures use fixed reference exchange rates and will differ from the amounts actually charged. Complex configurations involving multiple jurisdictions and filing routes increase the potential for variance.

5. Third-Party Services & Affiliate Links

RateMark may link to partner filing platforms, service providers and legal professionals, and may receive a referral commission at no additional cost to you. We do not endorse, guarantee, supervise or assume liability for any third-party service, provider or outcome. Any engagement you enter into with a third party is solely between you and that party.

6. Availability & 'As Is' Basis

The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available', without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RateMark.io and its operators accept no liability for any loss, cost, damages, missed deadline, or business decision arising from use of, or reliance on, the estimates and information provided by this website.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to scrape, resell, republish or systematically extract the fee datasets, and not to use the service to misrepresent RateMark as a provider of legal services.
