RateMark.io is an independent, automated informational search and cost estimation engine for trademark filing budgets. We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice. This policy explains that RateMark is designed to operate without collecting any personal data.

RateMark does not require user accounts, and the calculator itself is Zero-PII: all calculator inputs — including jurisdictions, class numbers, currency, lifecycle preferences, and home-base selections — are processed entirely in your browser (client-side) and are never transmitted to, collected by, or stored on our servers. We do not collect names, email addresses, or any other personal information through the site. 3. Cookies & Analytics

Essential functionality requires no tracking cookies. Google Analytics 4 is used only to analyze aggregated, anonymized usage trends, and only after you give explicit opt-in consent via our cookie banner. RateMark links out to official government registries (such as USPTO, EUIPO, UKIPO and WIPO) and may link to partner filing platforms or legal professionals in the future.
